| Okay, so I started writing poems for RoA's endings for our Poetry Slam. Yes, I epic failed the first one. I was shaking on the last stanza of Independent because of epic nervousness. x(( I have been planning the best endings first, like the "Queen of Hearts" and the "Birth of a Hero", but I don't know where to start. >< I have written the poem for Valen and Cain's best ending, which is "Light at Requiem's End".  As usual, the poems will be on spoilers to avoid clutter. Light at Requiem's End- Spoiler:
I am the light of my heart
I am the hope of the future
Even though we are apart
I’d still go to this adventure
My life so confusing like knotted string
I fear for the troubles destiny bring
A sad requiem I softly sing
To make up the emptiness I am feeling
The sad song that explains my life
The notes that hits my sorrow
But then I yearn for a different rhythm
I’m hoping for a different tomorrow
I have to walk through the shallow darkness
I should sing ‘til the end of the song
I have yearned of a true happy ending
Haven’t even dreamed to go wrong
Reaching out to see the end of this
I want to see the light at requiem’s end
Wishing to give the world endless bliss
That’s why I’d face the darkness I’ll fend
I believe life has a happy ending
Keep destiny true and never pretend
I’ve held my arms out and reached for it
Reached for the light at requiem’s end
