Well, since he was created spontaneously there was no umbilical cord to speak of. However, I'm pretty sure Oswald has a bellybutton. So if Thanos is a sorta clone of Oswald then why wouldn't he have one? Thanos' spirit might not have one but since he takes the form of a human, yes, he has a bellybutton.

And Thanos is a clone of Oswald so I don't see why he won't have one.
